LogSys LLC is a Georgia based software development company specializing in systems for community providers of Mental Health, Substance Abuse, and Developmental Disability services.  We also offer the Cella family of Electronic Document Management Systems.

Our development staff has over 40 years of experience developing a wide range of software solutions to meet our customer’s unique needs.  For the past 15 years we have specialized in solutions for the Healthcare industry.

We  use the most current technology when developing our products in order to insure that they will operate correctly on current platforms and are able to be easily maintained and enhanced as our customers’ needs evolve.  Microsoft's Visual Studio 2008 and SQL Server 2008 are the main tools used in developing our solutions.

C.A.R.E.S. Version 2.07

The Community Area Rehabilitation, Enrichment, and Support System is a complete information management system which provides functions for managing, delivering, documenting, and billing of mental health, substance abuse, and developmental disability services.  It offers features such as Electronic Health Records, digital signatures, authorization management, time management, formulary management, electronic prescriptions, and electronic billing. 

The system employs a unique user interface design which contains elements of some of the most widely used office automation programs currently available.  It has been carefully designed to minimize training requirements and to be easy to use by both care managers as well as service providers.

There are currently two versions available, one designed specifically to meet the unique needs of Georgia's providers, and one designed to be usable for providers in the majority of other states.  

While targeted toward certain types of providers the system is flexible enough to be used by many other types of service providers.

Cella 

Cella Personal Edition is an Electronic Document Management System designed for personal use.  It helps you organize all types of electronic documents and to assign key words to each document.  Documents can be rapidly located using key word searches.  Direct access to Microsoft Outlook is provided so that you can save and manage your e-mail messages without having to first save them from within Outlook.

Direct scanner control allows documents to be scanned and filed using most document scanners currently available.

If you work with projects that consist of paper documents, email messages, and other types of electronic files then Cella can help you organize these projects so that you can rapidly locate any document or file relating to a project.

Cella Enterprise Edition is designed for small, medium, and large organizations with larger volumes of documents to manage.  It can be used by multiple users and offers password access control.  

"Auto Parse" technology is used to automatically locate and index unique words from within scanned documents thus eliminating the need for manual indexing.

All types of electronic documents and files can be managed by Cella.  In addition to "Auto Parse" indexing Cella also offers field indexing.  Each Cella user has the ability to add documents/files and assign them key words that can be used for rapid retrieval by other Cella users

A Human Resources module is also included so that access to documents relating to individual employees can be further limited to only those individuals who require such access.

Cella Enterprise Edition now contains electronic forms management functions so that you can manage and access  your electronic forms.

To use Cella Enterprise Edition you must have a version of Microsoft SQL Server installed.
